Absolutely, you can download maps you need for free. Option 1.0 free comes with our logo and they are not editable. If you want to have your map customised, please select our version 2.0

What methods can I use to make an order?
Payment on line via Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.

What are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs. Download automatically 24 h X 7 days

Can I reproduce the map myself, or does copyright prevent this?
You can use our maps for any presentation without limits of times, and personalisation.

When can I expect to receive my map after placing an order?
Downloads are automatic, 24 hours X 7 days. No time to wait!

The download didn't work, what can I do?
First of all, please check your firewall or download manager. In case the download does not work due to the firewall or download manager, please contact your IT department; deactivate temporarily the firewall (don't forget to activate it again!) or try using a different computer. Please feel free to forward detailed information about problems to our support team. We can always send the product by e-mail.

What can I do, if the template is not displayed correctly?
If you have problems or annotations, please feel free to contact our support team (our policy is to answer before 6 hours (24 h X 7 days).

Are transactions on the site secure?
All personal information (login and checkout info) is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption through Paypal or La Caixa (the Spanish leading Bank) which utilizes the highest level of encryption or security possible

Do you store my credit card information?
We do not store any credit card information. Rest assured, we don't even get to see your credit card number or the expiration date.
